Payment Policy
At Amazingoasis.net, our Payment Policy is simple. We offer three types of payment: PayPal Service, Money Order, and Personal Check. The Money Order, and P. Checks should be made out to Amazingoasis.net, and payable in US Dollars for the amount of the order plus shipping charges (and taxes if you reside in the state of Texas). Amazingoasis.net will only accept bank-issued or U. S. Postal Service Money Orders. Upon receiving of your money order, your order will be shipped. For P. Checks, upon received notice from our bank that your check has cleared, your order will be shipped. Send the Money Orders and Checks to:

Shipping Policy
At Amazingoasis.net, our goal is to simplify the Shipping Policy, with a priority in mind to minimize your cost and assure you the fastest, safest, delivery method. We ship all orders by UPS Ground Service. It's insured and track-able, you will be provided a Tracking Number via email, on the day your purchase is shipped, so that you can monitor its arrival. In most cases UPS Ground shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 days. Express shipping is available upon request.

Return Policy
At Amazingoasis.net, our Return Policy is very simple to follow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, at your expense (less shipping charge, plus a 10% for restocking fee). Just email us, at  amazingoasis@yahoo.com  and ask for an RA #.  We ask that you try to repack it in the same manner you received it, but if damages by workmanship, we will be happy to exchange it free. If package is damaged in transit you would need to file a claim with UPS Service. Your Satisfaction as a Customer is our Top Priority!
